Your scanner, your files

A small desktop agent drives your duplex scanner and your own clerk-portal logins. Documents are processed on your machine — the cloud coordinates, it doesn't keep.

Your workbook, your convention

TitleDesk learns your filename convention from your own archive and writes index rows directly into your runsheet workbook — chronological placement, your formatting, new rows highlighted.

Checked, flagged, reviewable

Every document gets an AI read-through with a verdict trail: anything ambiguous is flagged for human review instead of being silently guessed.

Deeds on the map

Paste a metes-and-bounds description — or a screenshot of one — and get a georeferenced KMZ plotted against the PLSS grid, ready for Google Earth.

First launch on macOS: beta builds aren't yet notarized, so macOS will decline to open the app at first. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the message about TitleDesk Agent, and click Open Anyway. One time only.
First launch on Windows: SmartScreen will warn about an unrecognized app — click More info, then Run anyway. One time only.
Pairing: on first run the agent shows a short pairing code. Sign in at titledesk.ai, open Devices, and enter the code. Until then the agent sits idle — it never touches your files unpaired.
Verifying a download: compare the checksum above with shasum -a 256 <file> (macOS) or certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256 (Windows).

Built for confidentiality

Deeds, runsheets, and scans stay on your machine; job data transits encrypted and is held in memory only while a job runs.
AI processing runs on Anthropic's commercial API — customer data is not used to train models.
One outbound connection, no open ports, per-device revocation, and a security one-pager your IT reviewer can actually read.
